At Apex Computing we want to ensure you are getting the most from [Office 365 and Microsoft Teams](https://www.apexcomputing.co.uk/services/microsoft-365/).
With COVID-19, Microsoft Teams has stepped into the spotlight and rightly so. It allows your staff to collaborate on files and work together remotely and has been essential to most of our customers during this difficult time.
There is a wealth of user guides and knowledge online about how to get the most from Teams and Office 365, which can be overwhelming.
We recommend that all of our customers who are on the Microsoft 365 journey, whether they are just using Email and starting to look at features like Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint etc., or they are already using these products but are looking to master them, assign a Microsoft Champion within their organisation who can help expand their knowledge of these products and work with Apex Computing to ensure they are being used to their full potential, maximising the possibilities of the products.
A great place to start, or to advance your knowledge is with these Microsoft Teams Training Videos:
We find these videos allow our customers to understand the product from the ground up and start to use Microsoft Teams in their organisations organically.
We also offer instructor lead, high-level overview training sessions with Philip Halliwell, where you can have up to 6 people attend an hour-long demonstration. These are a fixed price of £99+VAT and includes how to use key features of:
- Teams
- SharePoint
- OneDrive
This also includes time for a Q&A Session at the end. We find that most customers start to use these products organically after the training sessions. We can also provide consultancy and engineering support around migrating your workflows to Office 365 and reconfiguring your computers and devices.
Most of our customers have subscriptions that already include Microsoft Teams but are not unlocking the full potential.
