15 Oct Lee Brown – Path to Networking
IT Technician, Lee Brown starts his T216 Cisco Networking (CCNA) course to gain a greater understanding of networks and be able to design more effective networks for Apex Computing customers.
Lee Brown explains how this course will increase his knowledge and what it will bring to the workplace:
‘I have just started the CCNA course, this course is part of the degree path for engineers (Computer Science) who have chosen to specialise within networking. So far I have found it invaluable, not just the teachings of the networking subjects but also the broad range of skills that I will be taking away from this course.’
‘The course consists of practical and theory learning of troubleshooting networks, how to create networks and network security, aiming to give students an understanding on configuration and architecture of networks.’
‘I’m hoping the course will give me a greater understanding of networks and allow me to troubleshoot network issues. It will also give me the knowledge to design more effective networks for Apex customers. Following completion of the course, I am hoping to take a further exam to become Cisco Certified.’
