At Apex, we're incredibly fortunate to have a team full of people who care about supporting one another, delivering fantastic service to our customers, and helping drive the business forward. Every month, our Employee of the Month award gives us the opportunity to recognise those individuals who consistently make a positive impact across the organisation.
We're delighted to announce that Aaron Tomlinson, one of our Service Desk Analysts, has been named our Employee of the Month for July 2026 after receiving multiple nominations from colleagues across the business.
Being nominated by your peers is one of the most meaningful forms of recognition you can receive. It reflects the difference you make to the people you work alongside every day and highlights the positive contribution you bring to the wider team.
Aaron's award is a reflection of the appreciation and respect he has earned from colleagues throughout the business. His willingness to help others, commitment to delivering high standard, and positive attitude have clearly not gone unnoticed, with several team members taking the time to put forward nominations recognising his contribution.
While Aaron took the top spot this month, we'd also like to give a special shout-out to everyone who received a nomination, including: Daryl, Rachael, Stuart and Dale.
