We're delighted to celebrate Christy Roy, one of our Service Desk Engineers, as our Employee of the Month for February 2026 - and what a month she's had!
With another member of her team on paternity leave, February placed extra demand on the Frontline team. Christy stepped up instantly and wholeheartedly, helping everything run smoothly, maintaining amazing morale, and delivering exceptional service to both customers and colleagues.
Christy received multiple heartfelt nominations this month - including an incredibly detailed one from our Managing Director, Daniel - all recognising her fantastic contribution.
Our Service Desk Manager, Simon, praised Christy's resilience and positivity during a demanding month:
"Christy has been pretty much flying solo on Frontline with [one the the team] being off on paternity leave and has truly done amazing. She has always stayed positive, kept smiling, and has still been on hand to assist [the Service Desk Analysts] and myself. Great work, Christy - you've been fantastic."
Operations Manager, Dale, recognised Christy's professionalism, ownership and calm influence:
"Christy willingly took on the additional responsibilities and ensured continuity across day-to-day operations. She approached the increased workload with tenacity, professionalism and a genuine can-do mindset. Her calm, solutions-focused approach supported colleagues and maintained confidence during a busy period."
Daniel, our Managing Director, highlighted just how exceptional Christy has been from a client-service standpoint too. Over the past four weeks, she received three strong five-star customer reviews, each showcasing her professionalism, speed, friendliness and care.
Everyone's feedback shows a clear pattern: Christy is consistently delivering the type of experience that clients remember and appreciate.
Christy herself added:
"Even when things got hectic and we were short-staffed, I never felt alone. Having a team that truly has my back—and a manager who believes in me and tells me I am doing good, even when I doubt myself — is such a blessing. It honestly means the world to have that constant support and motivation. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of this amazing group!"
With three separate nominations - each emphasising positivity, performance, teamwork and customer excellence - it's no surprise that Christy was the standout winner this month. Her impact has been felt across the team, across the business and across our client base. She stepped into a challenging month and handled it with grace, enthusiasm and exceptional professionalism.
