We’re delighted to announce our Senior Relationship Manager, Kate Bereti, as our Employee of the month for March.
Kate was recognised for her hard work, teamwork, and commitment to supporting both colleagues and customers. Throughout March (and beyond), she consistently went above and beyond, making a real impact behind the scenes and during challenging client situations.
Speaking about he award, Kate said: “Huge thanks to everyone who nominated me for Employee of the Month! I really appreciate the support, the kind words, and the recognition.”
During our March company update, Kate received a special mention from CEO Chris for her contributions to a complex ongoing customer issue: “[One of our customers] have an ongoing issue with their server and there’s been quite a few people involved, but in particular I’d like to shout out Kate, Ashley and Michael, who’ve massively helped through getting this to resolution.”
This recognition highlights Kate’s ability to remain calm, collaborative and solutions-focused for her accounts, even when dealing with long-running or technically demanding work.
Kate also received nominations for Employee of the Month from our Marketing Manager, Rachael, and our Head of Finance, Nicola, who respectively said:
“Kate went massively out of her comfort zone attending and representing Apex at our AI Leader’s Lunch really well, being a leader on her table and speaking to guests about Apex and the impacts of AI.”
“I’d like to nominate Kate for Employee of the Month in recognition for outstanding commitment and dedication to resolving a complex issue. Kate took full ownership of this project and has gone above and beyond her normal responsibilities to ensure the account is thoroughly reconciled. Her persistence, attention to detail and determination has been instrumental in moving this issue towards resolution… [The vendor] themselves have commended the work Kate has done, which is a testament to [her] professionalism and commitment… Kate’s truly embedded all of our company core values.”
Kate’s approach perfectly reflects our Apex Values: supporting one another, putting customers first, and working together to deliver the best possible outcomes. Her commitment hasn’t gone unnoticed, and this award is a well-deserved recognition of the effort she puts in every day.
