The Hallé turned to Apex for IT Support in 2018. Here’s the wonderful review by Ruth Harkin, their Financial Director:

“When we changed from our previous IT Support provider 6 months ago we were looking for a more responsive service where the IT support would look after our IT functional & security needs in an efficient and cost effective way, but would also highlight risks to us and clearly lay out the options for dealing with those risks.

We have been really impressed with the service we have received from Chris, Ashley and the team at Apex. The handover from our previous provider was handled professionally and seamlessly. The day-to-day service in terms of responding to user requests through the help desk has been excellent and the monthly server health checks are very reassuring. Three-monthly review meetings with Chris and Ashley are really useful in terms of maintaining an overview of our requirements and “moving us forward” in IT efficiency and security. In between these meetings, responses such as providing options for replacing our current server are always provided promptly and clearly. There is a definite sense that Apex are working with us to improve our IT infrastructure with a view to both security priorities and the realities of our budget limitations.”
