We recently interviewed John Porter, Solicitor and Partner at Wrigley Claydon Solicitors about their experience with the
Apex Computing Services

Here is a summary of the interview:

Could you introduce yourself and Wrigley Claydon Solicitors?

Hi, I'm John Porter. I’m a Solicitor and Partner with Wrigley Claydon Solicitors.

Wrigley Claydon is the oldest business of any kind in Oldham. We were established in 1795, our main office is here,
and we have a secondary office in Todmorden, West Yorkshire.

What were some of the IT challenges that your firm faced before partnering with Apex Computing Services?

The problem we had was that we didn't feel we were getting proper joined-up advice. We were with a large company where we were one of their smaller clients and we didn't really feel that anybody cared.

Can you share the reasons behind your decision to choose Apex among other IT support providers?

We met Daniel when he came to see us, and we were immediately impressed by his friendliness and the fact that he comes across as a genuinely decent bloke who knows what he's talking about. We also felt that we aligned much more closely with Apex and that they would value our custom as a decent-sized customer rather than being somebody that they didn't want to know.

They also seemed keen to want to help us grow not just sell us products.

How has Apex's approach to IT support addressed the specific needs of Wrigley Claydon Solicitors?

The main benefit of working with Apex is the responsiveness that we get. The help desk is really useful and supportive and we sometimes find that they've actually solved problems before we knew that we had them.

Apex is known for its customer-centric approach. How has this approach positively impacted your interactions and experience with their team?

The responsiveness, the friendliness from the approach that Daniel took with us all those years ago that seems to sift right through the business that whoever we deal with wants to deal with us, cares about what they can do for us, and the ethos across the company is second to none.

Could you provide insights into the process of transitioning to Apex's services?

It was great. I mean, it wasn't something we'd had to do before because we'd only ever been with one company, but it far exceeded how I feared it was going to be.

How would you summarise the value Apex brings to solicitors' firms like Wrigley Claydon Solicitors?

It's the fact that I can trust with Apex that the I.T. is going to work, that my staff can get on with their job, and that we can do the business of helping and supporting people, which we've been doing for over 200 years. And we do it knowing that there are decent, sincere people at the other end of the phone who can always look after us.
