We’re thrilled to announce that Charlotte Martin, our Billing and Licensing Manager, was named as our final 2025 Employee of the Month in December. This recognition is a testament to her hard work, dedication, and the positive impact Charlotte has made within the team, especially recently after taking on some new responsibilities within our Projects team.
Charlotte consistently goes above and beyond in her role, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and a proactive approach to every challenge. Her ability to deliver outstanding results while supporting her colleagues truly sets her apart.
This month’s nomination came from Laura, who highlighted Charlotte’s contributions. Laura shared:
“Since supporting the client services team, Charlotte’s been consistently helpful and patient. She answers my questions promptly, points me in the right direction, and even pauses her own work to assist when busy. Her support has made my transition smoother and improved my confidence in new processes over on my new team.”
