We’re proud to have received two EMEA Peak Performance Awards from Pax8, recognising Apex for our work across Network and Communications and Continuity.

The awards were presented at Beyond EMEA in Copenhagen on 19th October, with our Managing Director, Daniel Shone, and CEO, Chris Gorman, accepting them on behalf of Team Apex.

Our Network and Communications win is particularly special as it marks the second consecutive year Apex has taken home the award, following our success at Beyond EMEA 2025.

But for us, these awards are about much more than recognition. Together, they reflect what we want to deliver for every Apex customer: technology that keeps their business connected, productive, protected and operational.

What these wins mean for our customers

Businesses increasingly rely on technology for almost every part of their operation. Strong connectivity is essential, but so is knowing that if something goes wrong, the business can recover quickly and keep moving.

That’s why we don’t look at networking, communications, cyber security, cloud and business continuity in isolation. We consider how the entire technology environment supports the organisation, where potential risks or weaknesses exist, and how technology can create a stronger platform for future growth.

Recognition across both Network and Communications and Continuity reinforces that approach.

Through our partnership with Pax8, combined with the expertise of Team Apex, we can give customers access to leading technologies while ensuring they are selected, implemented and managed around genuine business needs.

And as Apex has grown, we’ve continued to protect the customer experience at the heart of the business. We have maintained 100% customer satisfaction, resolved 99% of support tickets within SLA and achieved a 99% customer recommendation rate.

Building stronger, more resilient businesses

Daniel Shone, Managing Director at Apex Computing Services, said:

“To receive two EMEA awards is a fantastic achievement for Team Apex, and winning Network and Communications for the second year running makes it even more special. For our customers, connectivity and continuity are fundamental. They need technology they can rely on every day, but they also need confidence that their business can continue operating when something unexpected happens. These awards are brilliant recognition of the expertise within our team and the strength of our partnership with Pax8, but most importantly, they reflect the outcomes we’re focused on delivering for our customers.”

As Apex continues to grow, our focus remains the same: helping ambitious businesses become more secure, productive and resilient through technology.

Thank you to Pax8 for the recognition, to our customers for continuing to put their trust in us, and to every member of Team Apex who has contributed to these achievements.

Two awards. One goal: creating better outcomes for our customers.
