The Apex Computing team had a lovely night out at Fazenda Manchester last Friday.
Our Fazenda experience began with a visit to the gourmet sides bar that featured quality salads, fresh cut vegetables, breads, cured meats, continental cheeses and hot dishes, including their traditional Brazilian Feijoada (bean stew with meat).
Once we were ready for the meats, we control the service with a small double-sided card placed on your table. The green side signals the chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats one by one, while the red side indicates a resting point. To resume the service, we simply displayed the green side again. There is a large selection of meats and the beauty is you can have them all. We loved our night out!
Right in the middle of Manchester City Centre, the restaurant is situated in Spinningfields. They were more than happy to accommodate our team and the service was superb. We would highly recommend them.
