Celebrating Our Employee of the Month for August - Rachael

At Apex Computing, we’re always proud of the way our team pulls together to deliver for our clients and support one another. Each month, we take a moment to shine a spotlight on colleagues who’ve gone above and beyond. For September, we're delighted to announce Rachael as our Employee of the Month.

Rachael joined the company just over six month ago, bringing our marketing function in-house. Since then she has built the marketing strategy for Apex out and become a valued member of the team.

Here's what her line manager, Daniel, had to say:

“Rachael went above and beyond in organising the company BBQ, ensuring every team member’s needs were 
considered and accommodated. Her hard work and dedication created a fantastic event where everyone felt 
included and valued. This perfectly reflects our core value of “Always a Team”.

The Values Awards were great success. While Brandon has done an excellent job developing the framework, 
Rachael has truly brought them to life for the team. Her efforts have made the awards engaging and meaningful, 
strengthening our culture and recognition across the business.

Rachael also demonstrates our core value of “Enabling Growth”. She consistently goes above and beyond her 
role – attending client sites, participating in networking events, and building strong relationships with engineers 
and other team members. Through these efforts, she is actively helping to raise Apex’s profile and promote our 
brand effectively.

Her commitment, creativity, and energy make her an outstanding ambassador of our values and a worthy 
recipient of Employee of the Month."
